- Vermicelli 150gr
- Golden Prune 4pcs
- Chicken Wings 6pcs
- Carrot 2pcs
- Crushed Dried Mint 2tsp
- Vidalia Onion 1/2pcs
- Garlic 3cloves
- Green Pepper 1pcs
- Salt 2tsp
- Red Crushed Pepper Spicy 1/2tsp
- Olive Oil 3tbsp
- Water as much as you wish for your soup to be more juicy or thick.
What you need for this soup is just wash all the ingredients and cut them into small pieces except chicken wings and prunes. Let all vegetables be steamed for a 15 minutes in oil, then add water, chicken wings, golden prune, salt, pepper and let it boil untill chicken will be cooked, then add vermicelli and crushed dried mint and let it boil 10 minutes, then take it off stove.
