Chicken Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr of uncooked pasta
  • 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • Half cooked vegetables (green peppers, green peas)
  • 1/2 bunch of  diced parsley
  • Boiled and diced chicken chest 


Cooking Instruction:


Cook pasta. While pasta cooks combine the cream cheese and chicken broth in pan, and heat until cream cheese is melted-stirring frequently. Drain pasta. Pour sauce over pasta. Add the cooked vegetables and diced chicken immediately. Add diced parsley, toss and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Double recipe if needed! Enjoy your meal!
